6-Month Weight Loss Guarantee

We believe in GLP-1 therapy. If you complete 6 consecutive months of treatment as prescribed on our 6-Month Plan and do not lose at least 5% of your starting body weight, we will refund your subscription payments for months 2 through 6.

What is refunded: Subscription payments for months 2 through 6 (up to 5 monthly payments — on the 6-Month Plan only).

What is not refunded: Your first month's payment covers your physician evaluation, initial prescription review, and first shipment. This cost is incurred at the start of treatment and is non-refundable.

This guarantee applies to the 6-Month Plan only.

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

  • You are enrolled on the 6-Month Plan
  • You have been an active member for a minimum of 180 days from your first shipment date
  • You received and used your medication consistently as prescribed — confirmed through 6 consecutive monthly refills on your account
  • You have not cancelled, paused, or skipped treatment at any point during the 6-month period
  • You have documented your starting body weight at enrollment and can demonstrate you have not lost at least 5% of that starting weight after 6 months of consistent treatment
  • You submit your refund request between days 181 and 210 after your first shipment date
  • You email help@glp-1.com with your full name, account email, starting weight, current weight, and a brief description of your experience

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

This guarantee is not available to:

  • Members on any plan shorter than 6 months
  • Returning members re-enrolling on a new plan
  • Members who cancelled or paused before completing 180 consecutive days of treatment
  • Members who skipped one or more monthly refills during the 6-month period
  • Members who cannot document their starting body weight at enrollment
  • Members submitting a refund request outside the days 181–210 window

Side Effects or Unable to Continue

If you experience intolerable side effects and are unable to continue after working with our care team, we will provide a pro-rated refund. If you are not approved for treatment following your medical assessment, you will receive a full refund.


Prescription Medication — Physical Returns

Per FDA regulations (CPG Sec. 460.300), prescription and compounded medications cannot be physically returned to the pharmacy or restocked once dispensed. This is a federal patient safety requirement that applies to all compounded prescriptions nationwide.

This restriction applies to the physical medication only. It does not affect your eligibility for a monetary refund under our 6-Month Weight Loss Guarantee above.

Prescription Errors and Damaged Orders

If you believe we made an error filling your prescription, or your shipment arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@glp-1.com. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
