Prescription Medication - Physical Returns
Per FDA regulations (CPG Sec. 460.300), prescription and compounded medications cannot be physically returned to the pharmacy or restocked once dispensed. This is a federal patient safety requirement that protects product integrity and compliance with federal law.
This return restriction applies to the physical medication only and does not affect your eligibility for a monetary refund.
If you are enrolled on our 6-Month Plan and are unsatisfied with your results after completing 6 consecutive months of treatment, please see our Refund Policy for our full 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee and how to submit a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment is damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at help@glp-1.com. We will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
